This is a one-time power that allows you to attend another tribe's Class Trial if your tribe is immune. You may vote in their Trial and talk to them for the duration instead of your own tribe.
You can use this conditionally, by stating that you'd like to visit [tribe X] if they lose and you win, or use it during the Class Trial, but you have to use it while there are at least 12 hours left on the clock.
