24 players were split onto 6 tribes of 4. Each of them were assigned based on their character: were they a natural born leader, a beauty, a troublemaker? Or did they value hope, most of all?

The 6 tribes, represented by 5 Monokubs (and 1 tribe of losers for those who pick hope), are as follows:

But not only did players find themselves in tribes, but they also found themselves paired off in threes, cliques. No member of a clique shared a tribe.

To make things more complicated, players were alerted before the game began that there was something to find. Unbeknownst to them, it was the legacy advantage, which can be played as immunity either when there are 12 players left, or 6 players left. The only caveat was that it must be passed on if the player who owns it is voted out.

However, there were several attempts to troll the players in play.

My clique is seriously so dumb. One of them got the challenge rules ass backwards and all the other one does is whine about how they suck. And they aren't even talking. Ugh. Can't wait for a new clique
