I'm making this new thread because things are going to be changing pretty quickly. The end game is here!!! Winning immunity is EXACTLY what I needed in this phase. I could have maybe been ok but with idols and items and whatever else is out there, I'm nervous things are going to happen here.
So what should I do?
Probably create a little insecurity.
Celest -
She is all over trying to win my vote here. She wants me to work with her and is pointing out how we could make a play and who is the threat and yada yada, here read this last PM she sent me.
Alright so here is my pitch. I'm gonna be completely honest with you so I hope this doesn't blow up in my face lol but I trust you and I do want to work with you, so here I go. so I'm probably putting all of my eggs in one basket here, so I hope I'm making the right decision. Akane is pushing Shuichi to me right now and Shuichi is pushing Akane. But from what I'm hearing both of them are pushing Kyoko. It worries me that you haven't heard anything about this (or maybe you have by now? I hope you have) . I've heard Akane and other players talking before about how you'll just go along with what the majority wants, like what Sayaka was saying about you and Shuichi being puppets and I think this is our time to show show them that we have the power here. We can't allow Akane to make F6 because she's obviously a shoe in to win and the closer she gets to the end the harder it will be to take her out. Even without Shuichi, we could flip the vote on Akane here. Shes someone neither of us trust. And as a show of good faith, I'd be willing to boot Kyoko next round since she's been so inactive and then we can "break up the greys" and you'll know I'm for real. I definitely think we could be a force to be reckoned with and I think it would earn both of us a lot of respect in the jury if we make a big move here together cuz no one expects it. I think this is our time to show that we aren't just going with the flow and we are players to be reckoned with. Idk. Let me know if I'm talking crazy here, but maybe this is a good start to solidifying our new alliance and take the game by storm. Obviously if you tell anyone about this, I'm probably dead, so even if you want to discuss going a different direction here, I'd appreciate it if you kept this between us. But I look forward to hearing what you think
I'd spoil it if I could but I don't know how to do that. Reading this, she is really pushing me to feel like I'm not a threat to win and need to work with her to make it farther. She is doing this "opening" up thing because A.) I'm immune and B.) I've shown that I appreciate the blunt style of play more so then anything else.
What she doesn't understand is that I have an idol and that Akane is aware of it. Yes, part of me wants to vote out Akane so I don't have to worry about using my idol on her and that means I can save it for myself for next round. The problem with that play is that I likely lose Akane's vote AND put a bitter jury member in to spoil the pot for me. I can lie about having voted there but I doubt that would go over well. Both options do seem fair.... but which one is safer?
I'm currently leaning towards voting out Kyoko which is a rather boring move especially when I do want Kyoko to be in the Final 3 with me.
Nagito-
I feel like I should talk about this player a little. If there is one thing I'm unsure of this game, it's what position Nagito is in. When Kyoko/Saya both try to pin him as a threat, I get confused because I haven't seen his agenda play out yet. I've been giving credit to players like Celest and Akane so Kyoko telling me that Nagito had major parts in recent eliminations, I don't know how to handle that. Is Kyoko just out of touch? Or am I actually missing something?
He is on board for voting out Kyoko now so he is certainly doing well at playing both sides but it isn't worth voting him out when there are still major players in. Nagito surely can't half the remaining players at this point?

It would probably be considered a bad play by Akane to let her go here. If I vote her out, the Greys will side with me on the next vote and maybe I could get out Kyoko but I don't want Kyoko out.
However, voting out a grey this round means I keep Akane who is on my side when no-one thinks she is. But will it be misconstrued as me being used by Akane? Probably which means I can't let Akane reach much farther.

I think I'm going to try and swap this to Celest. I want to keep Kyoko as the goat with maybe someone like Nagito, idk... all of the others have potential to get votes so there is no real "threat" I can get rid of aside for Akane who people probably think has complete control over me. I need her in a little longer until the idol thing doesn't become useful anymore. So long as Akane is together with me, I can prove why I keep her over others fairly easily but can't let her in the end game.

With only 6 of you left and only 2 slots left to fill on my Warriors of Hope, which of you remainders will earn my picks?! 1. That vote was nuts. You may have already answered this question, but indulge me and give me a bullet point play by play as to how the votes ended up the way they did. Were there scrambles? Were there last minute switches? I want to know everything! Details details <3 2. This entire game, no idols have been played. Do you suspect any exist at all? If so, then who do you think has them and when do you think they will be used? If not, then do you have a "perfect" plan on how you believe the next two votes go? 3. Which player would it really suck for you to see win Immunity this round? Why is that? 4. At what point did you feel most vulnerable looking back on the entirety of this game? If it's now, why do you feel that way? 5. Which three people do you feel have the best/better shot of beating you if you make the FTC? 6. Have you killed any adults lately? That's all for now, more to come later! Congrats btw, it's super exciting to make a final 6! Good luck to you in challenges and votes! May the odds be ever in your favor.

1. That vote was nuts. You may have already answered this question, but indulge me and give me a bullet point play by play as to how the votes ended up the way they did. Were there scrambles? Were there last minute switches? I want to know everything! Details details <3 Actually, from my perspective the game is quite slow which is a good/bad thing. Good thing is that a slow game is easy to predict, the bad thing is that I don't want people to feel like it's boring to watch. Frankly, I think this is a little boring as there are plenty of people in the final 6 that just go for the easy route likely because they find themselves in a good spot.
Vote started off with Celest pushing Akane and trying to get Kyoko/Gundy/Myself/Shui to all vote there. She was giving credit to Shui as the other person who started this push. Meanwhile, Akane/Shui/Nagito all paired up with me and we decided it was time to vote a grey but they grey they picked was the one I wanted gone the least. Akane thought the vote was between Shui/Kyoko which means she was finally being left out by everyone. I, of course, told her as I need to keep that relationship strong. In the end, I couldn't convince Nagito/Shui to vote for the bigger threat "Celest" and so we stuck with Kyoko. I personally voted Celest to just keep things as chaotic as possible since I didn't have to worry about idols. It also has opened up an avenue for me to blame Nagito and put pressure on him this round.2. This entire game, no idols have been played. Do you suspect any exist at all? If so, then who do you think has them and when do you think they will be used? If not, then do you have a "perfect" plan on how you believe the next two votes go? I'm sure there are idols of some sort out there. Shui has revealed to me his "black box" that he has no idea what it does. I'm sure he will play it if he feels the vote is on him... it's possible though, that that item doesn't exist and he had only just revealed that to me to test me for leaks or to see if I would be too afraid to vote him. Who knows? Gundy/Celest have both told me individually that they didn't care if I voted for them, they just wanted to know. That was a few rounds back and sounds like idol talk if I have ever heard one.
A blindside is the only real way to get around an idol. I keep trying to convince the crew to "fake a blindside" on one of them but Shui and the others are just going the easy route... I get it, really I do. Shui wants to keep threats in because it means we have to vote those threats out and that gives him a better chance at reaching F3 but boi... you are so playing with fire by doing it that way.3. Which player would it really suck for you to see win Immunity this round? Why is that? Anyone not me at this point. I don't feel in danger per say, but I'll gladly win immunity all the way to the end. Other then me, the next worse would be Nagito as thats who I plan on pushing.4. At what point did you feel most vulnerable looking back on the entirety of this game? If it's now, why do you feel that way? Hmmm.... during the black dragons. I didn't have much control over what Shui did and Saya could have easily just let me go and sided with Shui/Kim but she didn't. That's why I defended her as hard as I did to try and make her feel like I payed her back. 5. Which three people do you feel have the best/better shot of beating you if you make the FTC? 3? Uhh... Shui/Celest/Nagito? I think Saya is probably working up Akane/Nagito as these major threats and Kyoko probably isn't helping. My ideal endgame is probably Akane/Gundy/Myself at this point just because I can prove why keeping Akane was good for my gameplan and I have a better story then her. Gundy has shown to actually not be super influential throughout merge so I can probably outwit him with my final speech.6. Have you killed any adults lately? Bitch I might

So I'll just lay out the ideal plan for Mikan Victory:
Step 1.) Convince Gundham that I want to FTC with him. Step 2.) Eliminate Nagito at F6 or Shui/Celest if there is an immunity problem. Step 3.) Keep Akane safe from Celest. Step 4.) Try to get Akane to target me at F5 so we can idol out one of Celest/Nagito/Shui. Step 5.) Hope that a final 4 of Me/Akane/Gundham/Whoever is enough to secure a proper FTC.

Damnit... Nagito is the last person I wanted to win immunity but I think he got it. How did he know by the 3rd round -_-

I'm suspicious as fuuuucccccccc like seriously? How did he nail the winning horse before round 3 ended? There better be a pretty damning clue cause the one I saw wouldn't give away anything until halfway.

Damn scrubs and their idol paranoia.
It's too late dudes... people with idols at this point in the game are going to get out whoever they want unless they are blindsided.
Trying to split the vote 2v2v2 is so ridiculous..... I'll gladly agree to that and then just swap my vote to eliminate who I want then your "Split" makes you look real dumb.

So the current game plan is to vote out Nagito with pretty much everyone... if I could only believe that will happen.
Akane is the only one i assume will actually vote that way but I get feeling I'm going to end up idoling myself just out of fear. Everyone is far too quite for my liking and maybe they can change my mind but as it stands right now, I can't help but feeling like I'm getting blindsided here.
It's pretty stupid for me to think that way... I'm by no means considered a major threat compared to everyone else but it's possible that me targeting Nagito has made Nagito push my name and that could screw me over.

Yo who let me write in that terrible color last post? Shame on you guys.
I'm going to give an actual update since this game is probably boring as fuck right now. It feels like it's dragged on but only because the players just aren't nearly as active as they once were. I think we are all saving our energy for the final sprint.
As it stands right now, I think I win if I get to FTC with Akane/Gundy.
What probably will happen is I get to FTC with Shui/Gundy and lose to Shui which is a little ironic in a way. I just didn't think he would have made it after how his relationship with Kim ended but here we are! The guy needs to win immunity next round and even then, having Akane/Celest still in means people are going to want to target them... those darn "Threats."
Who said they were threats? Why are they threats?
Oh right... I sort of helped do that... My feels because of it:
Anyways.... Shui - Probably wins the game if he can reach the end and lord knows that isn't too hard. Surviving two votes? Yeah, why not? He probably just wins immunity anyways and what if he has an idol? Then he really isn't going anywhere.
Nagito - I think he needs to go because some people called him out as playing the middle and so on so forth so to be safe, I'll say bye. Don't know how I convinced people to do this though... I guess Celest is just in "not me" mode.
Celest - Speaking of the skank.... love you girl but jeeze do I not want you in this game anymore. You are playing naive but I just don't believe it. Ya you aren't as threatening as people think but because we labeled you as such and are still around, we can't let you reach the end. Hopefully you are the F5 boot unless Shui loses immunity in which case... I'll vote Shui.
Akane - This is an interesting case. People probably think Akane is the better variant of me so will the buy the story that I was in control of what Akane did? She literally told me everything and kept me safe all because we were paired together by this item. I think the Idol is what gives her such a confidence boost so when people cry "why didn't you cut ties with her???" I can point to the idol and say "cause she meh bitch." I don't know if they will appreciate that though....
Gundy - Has this dude given up? I'm so confused... feels like Zeno all over again. I was convinced he would be a major player but he isn't really doing much and just posts one liners... gives up very easily.
Part of me thinks I'm getting blindsided because of Gundy's non-nonchalant attitude and Nagito being carefree despite hearing he might be the vote but as far as I know, I'm not a threat to anyone in the game. This major of a blindside is overkill unless Akane turned me in for having an idol?
Either way, if I were to leave this round then obviously I apologize for my terrible reads. But if a majority votes Nagito, then I think I have a good grasp of how this game is going and should end.

Neat! I'm not too upset by this.
I'm not responsible for blindsiding Akane and no one currently in the game will know I have an idol for F5 plus they won't expect how close Akane and I were which means I might have an edge with a jury vote there.
No this isn't exactly what I wanted but I'm used to having to roll with things in this game. The only major issue I see now is that I need to figure out who I will take to FTC with me? Honestly, I can see anyone except Nagito taking me along at this point and even then, Nagito might.
I wasn't the only one voting for him.
Either way, can we just speed through this round, I'm ready for that Final Immunity BB!

Kyoko gave Celest an idol? I don't believe that... why would she do that?
Why not just freaking play the idol and not die? But also... why would Celest even both lying about that? Someone somewhere fucked up with that. Celest is also claiming that her idol had to be used by F6 which made me panic and rush to see when mine could be used. Thank goodness... either she is lying again for no real reason or the idol's have different power levels which is interesting.

So I didn't just vote without considering things in case anyone is wondering.
Celest or Nagito are my two options. I would have voted Shui in a heartbeat if he wasn't immune but alas, not meant to be. Pros/Cons of voting out players
Voting Nagito: Pros -He is voting me and will likely not take me to FTC if he has a say in things. -Saya and Kyoko both labeled him a threat before they left the game and others might think the same -He could easily give the game to Shui if thinks aren't taken care of now.
Nagito: Cons -He really isn't as big of a social threat... the guy played the middle and never really got that close with people. -It gives Celest more power.
Voting Celest: Pros -Since Merge started, I have heard Celest's name whispered as a threat and that we need to vote her out yet here she is at final 5. -Largest social threat in the game imo (Short of maybe me) -Celest would vote me out over Gundy if Shui is immune.
Voting Celest: Cons -She could be persuaded to not vote me this round but thats a weak con lol. -She wants to eliminate Shui as much as I do so I lose that help next round -Ultimately, I'm left with a game state of people who would like to see me gone next and my game relies heavily on Gundy not voting me out.
After considering everything, I think going with Celest is the correct move as she is the biggest threat currently in the game and the benefit I get of keeping her for the final round isn't very strong because if Shui doesn't win FTC, then I very likely might.
I'm just going to continue with the assumption that I can either win Final Immunity or convince Gundy/Shui to vote out Nagito the last round.

It's entirely possible that Celest has another idol as well and then Nagito just goes home anyways. Then I'm forced to take one of Shui or Celest to the end and that sucks.
If that does happen, I won't give up but I can see it being difficult to win. Shui winning the last three challenges just feels bad....
