Episode 9: Makot, The Jury and the Merge

Okay so a bunch of stuff happened, I'm gonna recap it all and hope that somehow hope I hit all the questions.
So yeah first let's begin with tribe dynamics following that first immunity loss. Basically I was primed to protect Kyoko, Celestia and Chihiro my main allies. So they were not going to be voted. Shuichi was well liked by Nagito who was attached to Celestia (because of a clique together) so he was safe. Chihiro liked sayaka (her cliquemate) so yeah, teruteru was a clear vote and no one love loved him. So a 7-1 was immediate.
Following that I was thinking, that Shuichi has an advantage, he should likely be an easy boot (and I didn't really like him all that much), but he grew on me, I mean he seems to like complaining about movies but has a good interest in them and was way less snakey than Nagito, who seemed to be worried about me "betraying them come merge" which is really funny now because I have no one to betray celestia for aside from people who were already on the tribe and friends with celestia, so yeah. He also said that kyoko might need to be cut, so now if we go to tribal, nagito becomes a boot. He also argued for a boot order of sayaka, chihiro then me, but like...that's unimportant.
And then the next twist comes, and it's a mutiny twist and I'm like "so makoto is totally gonna use this, he's clearly on the outs with the other tribe, right?" and then he doesn't use it, and I'm like "you idiot" because I hear from hiyoko he's the target. Then complicated stuff happens on the other tribe and makoto, expectly but not for the same reasons I thought, is voted out 4-3 with hiyoko and yasuhiro with him.
Not much happens aside from the jury starting and seeing koreikiyo dabbing on everyone else in the game, which apparently snet them home 6-1. Meanwhile hiyoko is telling me about how akane hates her and thinks she's terrible at conversations and that she's gonna be the next boot and then apparently they...made up or something? It's odd, you can see that in my clique conversation. But yeah, not much of importance happens on this tribe aside from me telling sayaka that nagito mentioned her (and she wanted to confront him but I think I put a pin in that at just the right time). And then koreikiyo goes home and here we are.
I think I'm in okay position, but given I never met Mikan, Ibuki, Yasuhior or Akane, we'll see, I could be seen as a "leader" on the other side and that would likely get me targeted. Akane is my main target unless we hit it off, she is the reason makoto died (well her and 3 other votes but she's the primary reason that he died) and he must be avenged.
Anyway, I'm just hoping not to be the merge boot, that'd be embarassing if I was that again but I feel I'm much better positioned than I was in SSB.
