On one hand I enjoyed being eased in with two small groups (tribe, clique) to get to talk with...outside of a game context it's in my nature to develop strong 1-on-1 friendships and be terribly shy around most people... but it felt too early to really develop or force trust with most of my tribe. I can't tell if this is rp or we're soulmates. |

How would you feel about working with Chihiro and Ibuki? I really like the both of them and I think that's kind of where things are naturally going. ...huh Chihiro and Ibuki are my favorites here so far, no question. But I haven't told her that. Where did this come from? It's totally out of the blue. How did she decide that's where things were naturally going? I need to noodle on this one. AFter the challenge probably. |

sonia actually is up for the four of us (her you me and chichi) to work together which i said was fine gah It's so weird to me because. I mean we haven't talked about anything. There's no alliance, there's no flow, there's nothing. It's so strange that she'd opt to do this. How is she that comfortable? Is she assuming we're allied because we were on the same tribe? Ibuki seems completely unphased by how Sonia is the one pushing this alliance together (I know for a fact she's the one who proposed it to all 3 of us now) - well I think Ibuki is unphased by literally everything - so maybe I'm overthinking things and should just be happy it dropped in my lap.

3. Have you had a chance to talk to any of your new tribemates? Do you feel like you click with any of them? I think I can talk about this one a bit now. Chihiro Fujisaki - I think (if anyone is actually reading this) that you guys are tired of hearing me praise Chihiro. This person could just be an absolute rp master but man does he read genuine. And brilliant. I think Chihiro goes really, really far in this game. Absolutely fine with an alliance here if he's willing.
Ibuki Mioda - I like her well enough but she's gonzo goofy and doesn't seem to be willing to put much effort into the game. I think she's genuine though which is a rare treasure in Survivor. Kirumi Tojo - Kirumi is weirdly formal. Again not sure if that's just rp. We've only exchanged a few PMs, nothing noteworthy so far. Mikan Tsumiki - We started off with just apologizing to one another before she decided we should probably actually start talking. But since then all she's mentioned is what happened with her tribe's vote. I think she's been sick. Ironic. Shuichi Saihara - Shuichi is extremely just ok so far. I think he's feeling me out to see just how braindead I am. He has mentioned he doesn't like Toko.
Sonia Nevermind - I have to re-evaluate here I think. Sonia's willingness to step out and be the one to push for a 4-person alliance tells me she isn't just going to sit idle and let things happen around her. Her social game is still pretty subpar (at least with me, Chihiro has a higher opinion) but it's worth remembering Toko Fukawa - Toko's starting to rub people the wrong way with her rp. I have a sneaking suspicion she's a newbie. My only real issue with her so far is the lack of challenge participation. Next PM I'll mention it to her.

Have you been getting any weird vibes from Toko lately? Like, Matt from Amazon type vibes? Uh oh, Sonia's a superfan. It may have taken some Googling to figure this out. I don't know what it means though 
I think I'll drop that PM to Toko sooner rather than later. She's probably the "easy" boot but that doesn't make her a good one. |

Anyway, I'm glad you survived that vote and you're the perfect silly fella who I'd love to work with. Yasuhiro: Ladies man. Because of this I went ahead and let Toko know that "some people" had been taking exception to her rp in PMs. I made sure not to suggest what she should or shouldn't do, just let her know what was being said. Completely up to her if she wants to change her style or not, but hopefully she takes this well and appreciates the info. Also I think I'm really confusing her in my PMs so I'm going to dial back the lingo a bit >_> |

Thanks for the heads up. Good thing I just made the effort of pulling out that list there. I was really busy last night and you guys were doing awesome on the writing so apologies for not participating more there. About the killing, if people are already latching onto that to make me look bad, then those are probably the players to watch out for  I'm coming into this tribe without any previous affiliations, so I could definitely be an easy vote if people decide that's the way to go. I appreciate it a lot that you're already watching my back and I'm hoping that you'd be interested in working with me going forward. You're the kind of guy I want on my side because I know you won't stab me in the back(and if you do, props to you  ). Whew. The other 3, particularly Chihiro, are still my primary. But I think reaching out to people outside that group is important. If things don't go our way with the challenge I Imay be able to influence the others away from her. I don't expect her to be hyper loyal or something here btw. I think she's just happy that someone on this tribe isn't giving her the cold shoulder. If circumstances were different I doubt she'd be so eager. I've also heard some concern that the pairs might stick together. There's definitely people already planting seeds for a potential vote so be aware. But know that I got your back here. I hope I can count on you to have mine too! I guess that'd be Mikan expressing concerns about pairs since she's the only other unpaired person. Which makes sense and turns out is totally warranted woops. Only weird thing is that nobody's discussed a vote yet, at least with me, so is that Mikan too or is that the other pair? Maybe Kirumi and Shuichi feel like they're not making much progress with the rest of us and have started discussing targets? Those two reaching out to Mikan and Toko would make a lot of sense. I'm not going to press her for details though, I didn't offer any myself, that wouldn't be ok. haha survivor yay |
