Ok, here is Gonta's shorted version of strategies for this challenge.
Below are the Requirements. If we fail to meet these requirements we will automatically lose it seems. So we need to focus on these first and foremost.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Must have 18 players
2. Salary Cap of $3,500,000
3. Must have a minimum of 10 Canadian/American players
-- With these requirements in mind, Gonta propose we go for American/Canadian players first and aim for salaries below $194,000, as that will be our average salary per player. We can go a little higher on salary if their stats are really good, but keep in mind if you go for a really high salary player we would need to compensate by going for really low salary players.
If we focus on American/Canadian players first, we can cause a shortage of american/canadian players for the other teams so that they'd have to focus on American/Canadian players in the later rounds, which means international players would be easy pickings later (and assumingly higher strength).
We also need to have 7 unique POS for our bench, but we can assess this after Round 3... based on the variety of positions I don't see this being a big issue.
Below are goals. These won't cost us to lose, so these are our focus once we've reached our Requirements.
GOALS
POSITIONS (first # is minimum, second # is maximum we'll need)
Defenders 3 4
Midfielders 3 5
Strikers 1 2
Goalies
2 2
Once we hit a maximum we ideally want to focus on the other positions before going for more of whatever position we've hit the maximum on.

Round 1 Plan
-Everyone make sure they know how to screenshot (Gonta doesn't know!) and has a site to upload images (Gonta going to test it to make sure he find working site) so that we don't lose time during challenge figuring out how to upload ^_^
-Gonta can focus on finding hidden things
-Akane & Ibuki can start jigsawing
Proposal: I propose we start by aiming for American/Canadians with lower salaries (since average we have per player is $194,000). I propose when you start on a character you post their name in THIS challenge thread to make sure no one else is working on them- and double-check no one else called the same person. I know this will add a few seconds to our times, but it could save us 20-30 minutes of double-work if we're checking this. Ideally we'd have a strategy of someone starting from top/from bottom, but I fear that could force us to target players we don't want to target.
