Until we figure out who the person is.
Since we know the person isn't made up, we can find ways to narrow down if the answer is no to our first question.
Is the person in Danganronpa V3? (Trying to place which game the character is from. Then we can pull a list of all the characters from that game who are not in our game and ask a question that narrows it down similar to guess who)
Does the persons first name begin with an S. (Careful with this though cause Japanese first names are backwards)

I really like the simple narrowing down of in game/not in game since that allows access to enough different easy enough to define characteristics within each set of people.
Simple things like the sex of the ultimate may or may not end up being incredibly simple tools to gain possible advantages within a potential pool of people.
A lot of how the game would go down would be based on which answer we would receive after our first question.

I'm a little confused what this special action could be that is bad. I think we just hope for the best when it comes to that.
Other ultimate mod could use are celebrities, or movie figures. Not sure what else it could be. We could start by asking if they're fictional?

They are actual characters so its a safe assumption they are from this series if they have an "ultimate". It's possible they just made up something like Tom Cruise Ultimate Movie Star in which case we can ask the question, are they from the Danga series.
