see the thing about you Kyoko was that no one really thought you were a threat except for me. And the only reason I thought you were a threat was because Hiyoko was telling me you were secretly the head of the grey triangle, where Celeste was the figurehead. and i was like "wow!" so that's why I went and screwed you like that, just in case you secretly were this mastermind that Hiyoko said you were. Which I guess you were, lol. Oh yeah 100% i was playing extremely hard a lot of the time, ever since golden mirage hawks i basically figured i was on borrowed time so i needed to play a fighting game rather than mastermind. I was behind multiple saves/boots after merge that i dont think really got pinned on me. Celes played a cleaner game but i was playing extremely hard and i think if it wasnt for hiyoko/sayaka i probably had the tools to win the game if i had a decent showing at ftc. I was also planning on trying to draw votes onto an ally at f6 so i could make a blindside play, i just fucked up at f7 which was frustrating |

Celestia had offered me F3 with me/her/Gundham going into merge but I'm definitely...not shocked she was ultimately closer with you. I mean ultimately I was 100% closest to Hiro and was worried that playing along with you/Celestia's plans for too long was going to result in me just being seen as a goat. I was also pretty sure I couldn't trust you at F11 and saw you as a huge threat because of it; I was maybe more exposed to your gameplay than others. But I was definitely less sure where I stood with the other 2 by then; it did seem to me that things weren't the same after the aftermath of the previous round. TBF when I directly spoke to Mikan about the Ibuki vote I was under the impression she already was suspicious of it because of her mentioning Hiyoko was still bringing up an Ibuki vote, buuut it got leaked, I'm a bad liar, and I didn't play it off well. Not sure if that's what dug my grave with getting tied to Saya loose canoning but. Celestia honestly made me feel incredibly shitty for leaving her out at the point where Hiyoko leaked stuff. Not really sure how to feel about it in light of you confirming this kinda stuff but it's something I'd like her perspective on eventually bc it still hurts me thinking about it.

ok basically i wanted the power alliance to me me celes gundham sayaka and you. when sayaka went off the rails and started attacking celes, combined with me defending nagito while you really wanted him gone (btw i wasnt the leak on that one) meant that i wasnt sure if i could work with you or not

Yep, I was just trying to play the middle. I didn't want the grey genocide to go too smoothly and leave me as the biggest threat left in the game, plus I didn't really have a great plan to get rid of yasu later.
Also I didn't want to get caught for being sketchy and have my reputation destroyed (hi sayaka! hi Hiyoko!) so I lied about it to everyone, even people who I trusted, and I think I got away with it since as far as I know, the only person who thought/cared it was me was Sayaka but she was painted as public enemy, so why would you trust her.

it sucked keeping Hiyoko in another round because I really wanted to have the safety blanket of Yasuhiro knowing that idols could start coming out at any moment.
