Can I ask your thoughts on Ibuki and Chihiro? Of the two of them, Chihiro was the more stereotypically "strong" player, but I got on with Ibuki well.

So our tribal was really tough because everyone was looking through tribal lines and there were all these pairs. Toko and myself were alienated and sort of tried to work together but once TC hit, she dumped me pretty fast trying to push a vote on me. Luckily she was a little off putting and people didn't like how she came in late so it was an easy vote.

The next vote was much worse for me because I knew going into it that I still didn't have that "partner" and that people would target me for it. I decided to do something a little risky and asked Chihiro and Sonia how they feel about creating a group. You asked what I thought of those players? Chihiro is probably my favorite on the tribe but Ibuki gets looked on as the most friendly. Chihiro is playing it off as if she is new to the game and I don't think that's true... At least, I feel like she's probably played at least 4 or 5 games at this point.

We ended up making a group alliance that excluded the greens (Shuichi/Kimuni) and since Shuichi was immune, the vote was forced. I knew I was either leaving that round or probably in a good spot. I'd say Chihiro holds the best spot on the tribe but Ibuki will get pinned with being the bigger threat. Sonia is paranoid at times but very nice and loyal. Yasuhiro is the odd one out I think? He kind of just has a weird PM style and isn't super strategic.

Hmm, alright. Your description of Ibuki/Chihiro matches up strongly with mine. I can't see Chihiro being new, not at all. She's very charming and easy to talk to, I'm certain she knows what she's doing. Ibuki is seriously strong, from what I observed. She made a very solid impression on our first tribe, but in a way that made it easy to underestimate her. I'm not surprised at all that both of them are in solid spots on your tribe.

I'll describe my own tribe in a bit more detail. It's hard to really know where everyone is without having gone to TC, but everyone seems to be on the same page that Himiko doesn't talk to people much at all. It's hard to hold a conversation with her, and if we went to TC I suspect she would have been gone. Right before Teru joined the tribe there was a big alliance formed by Makoto and Gundham, involving everyone but Junko and Himiko. The alliance is too large, and I get the impression it's going to collapse the moment a swap hits. The tribe is essentially two dominant personalities in Makoto and Gundham, five people floating in the middle, and then Himiko at the bottom.

As for what we should do? To be honest, I'm curious how we'll rank. The mods say they think it's in our best interest to answer the poll honestly, and I'm inclined to trust that.
If I had to rank everyone I've met based on how popular I think they are, it'd go something like this:

For what it's worth, I put Sayaka low on my popularity list because she isn't as talkative with others, but I got on with her pretty well myself. Consider this a good word put in for her.
